At Little Intimates, it is our mission to help you find bras that fit properly and so we’re very happy to do exchanges.

In fact, we encourage you to give us a call if your order doesn’t fit so we can help you work out whether another size or another style would suit you better.

Over the years we’ve become pretty good at doing over the phone “fittings” once you’ve tried on one or more of our styles.

We understand that it can be difficult to get the right size or style first time because there is so much variation between brands.

It can be useful for you to order a few different sizes and/or styles to try. You can return the ones that don’t fit to us for a refund so long as they remain in “as new” condition.

This can save on doing numerous exchanges and racking up postage costs.

Please Note: refunds and replacements will not be given for products that have been washed or tumble-dried.

Return Policy

Time Frame:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.

Condition:

  1. All products must be returned in "as new" condition.
  2. Products are considered to be in “as new” condition if they have the tags attached, and are undamaged, clean, unwashed and unworn.
  3. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottoms unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Refunds:

  1. Non-sale items may be returned for exchange, store credit in the form of a gift certificate or a refund.
    1. Refunds will occur using the same method as original payment.
    2. In the case where Afterpay has been used and there are still existing installments to be paid at the time of the refund request, installments will continue to be deducted from your account until items have been fully returned instore. This shall include where returned parcels are yet to be delivered to the store. Once items have been delivered and accepted instore, the refund will then be initiated, future payment installments will be cancelled and payments already made will be refunded to the customer. 
  2. Refunds are not offered for sale items. Store Credits in the form of a gift certificate and Exchanges to the value of the purchase at the time are available.
  3. Where a store credit is given in the form of a gift certificate, Little Intimates usual gift certificate policies will be used.
    1. This includes Little Intimates Gift Certificate expiry of 6 months from the date the items are received instore.
    2. Gift Certificates are non-redeemable for cash.

Shipping Costs:

  1. We do not refund, or provide credit for, shipping and handling costs.
  2. First exchange will be free of postage.
    1. All subsequent exchanges will include Little Intimates flat shipping and handling fee.
  3. Customers are responsible for return postage costs on items they post back.
  4. We suggest that you use a trackable method to return parcels to us and that you hand in your parcel at the counter as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive, and no refund will be given for items that do not arrive.
  5. If your order qualified you for free shipping but your refund has your spend under the $130 minimum your refund will be given minus the flat shipping and handling fee.

International Returns:

  1. International orders must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
    1. All products must be returned in an "as new" condition.
      1. Products are considered to be in “as new” condition if they have the tags attached, and are undamaged, clean, unwashed and unworn.
      2. For Hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottoms unless there is a manufacturing fault.  
  2. Non-sale items may be returned for exchange, store credit or a refund.
  3. Refunds are not offered for sale items
    1. Instead a store credit or exchange will be provided to the amount of the original purchase.
  4. Shipping
    1. Customers are responsible for return postage costs on items they post back to us and will also have to pay our international postage rate of $20.00 to New Zealand and $25.00 for all other countries for the exchange to be posted.
    2. If your order qualified you for free shipping but your refund has your spend under the $200 minimum your refund will be given minus the international flat shipping rate for your region.
  5. Refunds and credit are given for the amount paid at the time of purchase.
  6. We do not refund or provide credit for postage/shipping costs. 
    1. A trackable method of shipping is recommended to return parcels to us as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive and no refund will be provided for items lost in the mail.

Faulty Products: 

  1. It is our policy that we always check your check items before postage to minimise the chances of receiving a faulty product.
  2. If returned goods are deemed to be faulty and are in an "as new" condition Little Intimates will replace the garment or, if a replacement is not available, provide a store credit or full refund. We will also reimburse your return postage costs.
    1. Products are considered to be in “as new” condition if they have the tags attached, and are undamaged, clean, unwashed and unworn.

Back Order Products:

  1. Change of mind orders will not be refunded. Your order will be sent out as soon as the item becomes available.
  2. If your back order hasn't been sent to you by the end of the month following your order, a refund will be given if requested.
